What are the savings by paying yearly?
By paying your fees yearly you will save a month of over paying for the services monthly.

What if I want to just add a user or a location do I need to upgrade to the next level?
Please contact our customer service representative, we have a flexible plan for adding locations and users to the system. For each additional user you will also have the ability to assign roles and security levels to the individual. Allowing for a greater level of control and access based on how the individual is going to use the system.

How does customer service work for each level?
Customer service levels change with each level of adoption.
Standard: access to the integrated help portal and email ticket support
Premium: access to the integrated help portal, email ticket support and live phone support
Enterprise: access to the integrated help portal, email ticket support and live phone support with designated support expert

How do I get traffic to my job openings?
All of the TotalHIRE packages are integrated with Indeed and Google Jobs allowing for direct advertising on those job boards, but if you want to increase visibility for your job posting you can promote your posting through each of the services for an additional fee.

How long will it take to get up and running?
TotalHIRE has been in operation for several years but is currently finalizing our latest Beta. This means that for every registration we will hand walk you through the setup process. Upon registration one of our customer service experts will contact you and walk you through the startup process. Ensuring that you are up and running quickly and efficiently.

How does suspending the account work?
Any month or period for which you wish to suspend your account, you can click the suspend button in the admin section. For any complete month (based on your anniversary period), you will be billed at one third your current monthly billed amount. When your account is suspended, you will be able to login and perform all your normal activities, the only restriction is your ability to post an active job listing.

Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade your service at any time.

Are there termination fees?
There are no termination fees or other hidden costs. Once initiated termination will occur at the end of the current period.
